#3: How perspective can reduce anxiety here’s what works…

Just like getting over a fear of flying a good place to start is to understand HOW planes fly, the science of it, so too a good place to start in controlling our anxiety is to gain an understanding of how our minds work. Why? Because through doing so, it creates a greater self-awareness, so when we experience stuff that invokes feelings of overwhelm or anxiety, we can put a finger on what the trigger is, and in turn tap into resources that support us.
